Michele hails from Positano, a postcard town on Italy’s southern coast. He had a vision, bring the spirit of the Amalfi coast to Norton Street and create the finest Italian fine dining experience in Sydney. Led by Head Chef Nicole Bampton, whose resume is awash with experience in delivering quality including Sepia, Tetsuva’s and Lucio’s.
